Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the development of ads delivery and ranking systems for the global market.
  • Responsible for the development of market specific features together with ads platform.
  • Working in a cross functional project team for the development of large language advertising recommendation models in a tight time manner.
  • Work independently on a variety of tasks from complex modules to subsystem level in high quality.
  • Ability to maintian a high quality of work in the entire software development life cycle, including product discussion, requirement analysis, document writing, system design, coding, testing, etc.
Minimum Qualification(s)
  • 5+ years in tech or internet, preferably in ad tech or user acquisition.
  • Proven experience with big data tech (Flink, ClickHouse, Hadoop, Spark) or a record of optimizing large‑scale product data processing efficiency.
  • Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms. Proficient in at least one coding language (e.g., Go, JavaScript, Java, C++).
  • Expertise in advanced AI algorithm development (e.g., multi‑task DNNs, efficient Transformer fine‑tuning) or experience in creating high‑performance algorithms with minimal data.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration experience, be capable of leading projects to drive data‑informed product decisions.
  • Ability to work in both English and Chinese language as the job involves the global market, including a large portion of China outbound advertisers. It requires collaborating with the algorithm and product teams to jointly develop solutions for major clients (marketplace). Additionally, it entails participating in direct communications regarding the client‑side technical solutions, problem troubleshooting and positioning, etc., in order to promptly resolve client issues and enhance client satisfaction.

  • A plus: Research ability with papers published in top journals/conferences.
