Position Summary

Fermax Asia Pacific is building a new Business Process Management (BPM) web platform to digitalise our internal project, maintenance, equipment, and service workflows. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is strong in both frontend and backend development to join our growing digital team. You will work closely with our Project Manager, QA Lead, and Technical Lead to develop new modules, APIs, internal dashboards, and integration components for our enterprise web platform.

This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys building business applications end-to-end and wants to be part of a long‑term digital transformation roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive web applications and internal dashboards using modern frontend frameworks.
• Build backend APIs, services, and business logic modules for internal use.
• Design and optimise database structures and queries (SQL & NoSQL).
• Implement reusable UI components, data tables, filtering, sorting, pagination, and export functions.
• Integrate with existing internal systems using REST APIs or middleware services.
• Participate in code reviews, testing cycles, and deployment.
• Work with PM and QA teams to ensure stable, reliable releases.
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well‑documented code.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years experience in software development, with at least 2 years in technical lead role
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or .NET (any strong backend experience is acceptable).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks, e.g.: React, Vue, or Angular
• Solid experience in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and basic NoSQL knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience building RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and solving technical problems independently.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business workflows into code.
