We are currently seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Team to develop the social media strategies and executions that deliver our brand and business value
• Manage yuu Rewards Club’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Telegram and WhatsApp)
• Drive relevant conversations, monitor social media trends and proactively share the insights with product, marketing and other cross functional teams
• Create, curate and manage all native contents such as meta posts and stories, TikTok content, including static visuals, short-form videos, copywriting
• Stay informed and perform research about industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies are up–to-date
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns
• Assist in the execution of joint marketing initiatives including social media content creation, with yuu’s partners, ensuring branded content requests and deliverables are aligned to partners' requirements
• Manage end-to-end social media advertising campaigns and budgets
• Work with social media, creative, production and media agencies for different projects
• Help track and report on campaign performance, social metrics, and partner deliverables
• Support experimentation and implementation of gen-AI content, with a willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest AI tools and developments

Qualifications

• Ideally 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or Executive either in agency or in-house
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices
• Proven track record of driving audience engagement and growth on social media platforms
• Creative and self-driven mindset with the ability to generate engaging content independently
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in ambiguous, low control yet fast paced environment
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight schedules / deadlines
• Experience and proven proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign will be a big plus
• Are familiar with or eager to learn AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini AI and Kling, to accelerate and scale content ideation and production
• Have a passion for creating content and a willingness to learn and experiment with new formats, trends various GenAI tools for content creation
• Existing network with KOLs and content partners will be an added advantage
