A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist. This role involves executing and owning the social media strategy, managing content calendars, and collaborating closely with marketing initiatives. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in social media and content marketing, with excellent writing skills. A background in crypto, web3, or AI ecosystems is a plus. Own and execute social media strategy across platforms including X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice
Partner closely with the Marketing Lead to align social and content initiatives with broader marketing goals and campaigns
Plan, manage, and optimize content calendars across multiple channels, tailoring formats and messaging for each platform
Write and edit high-quality copy for social posts, email marketing, websites, and campaign assets
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. speakers, sponsors, business teams, community) to support their objectives through targeted content
Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion
Report on key KPIs, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness
Conduct competitor and landscape analysis, staying up to date with trends across crypto, web3, AI, and fintech
Keep pace with platform updates, social trends, and digital marketing best practices
Support wider marketing campaigns with timely, on-brand content delivery
3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or a related role
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and detail
Proven experience building content strategies that drive engagement and audience growth across social platforms
Hands-on experience with social analytics tools and performance reporting
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Analytical, proactive, and creative problem-solver
Highly self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Solid understanding of crypto, web3, or AI ecosystems (strong advantage)
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
