Job description

Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Working location: Harbourfront Centre

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content across social platforms
• Work with design team to produce creative assets
• Monitor trends and competitor activities
• Track analytics and report on engagement performance
• Help run paid ad campaigns and promotions
• Respond to comments and manage community engagement
• Support in growing followers and brand awareness
• Draft captions, hashtags, and post copy with flair
• Participate in brainstorming for content ideas
• Stay up to date with the latest social media tools and updates

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong passion for digital content and social trends
• Creative, witty, and able to write engaging copy
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
