Job description
1. Social Commerce Management
  • Set up and manage Facebook Shop & TikTok Shop.
  • Upload vouchers, deals, and products with proper pricing, titles, and descriptions.
  • Create promo campaigns to increase sales.
  • Monitor orders, customer questions, and fulfilment issues.
  • Improve conversion rate through better listing, creatives, and copywriting.
2. Content Creation
  • Design graphics for product listings, promotions, banners, and social posts.
  • Create basic short videos for TikTok/Facebook (product showcase, voucher promo).
  • Work closely with the team to create storytelling posts for BestFoody followers.
3. Social Media Management
  • Plan weekly posting schedule for Facebook + TikTok.
  • Manage comments, community messages, and enquiries.
  • Analyse page performance and suggest ways to increase engagement.
4. Marketing & Sales
  • Understand how to push sales through:
    • Facebook ads (basic knowledge is a bonus)
    • TikTok Shop voucher promotions
    • Influencer or KOL collaboration
  • Come up with ideas for flash sales, bundle deals, and voucher campaigns.
5. Basic Admin & Coordination
  • Work with vendors or suppliers to get product info.
  • Prepare reports for sales and content performance.
  • Follow up with customers and reply messages politely.
Requirements
  • Experience in TikTok Shop OR Facebook Shop is a must.
  • Familiar with content creation, social media marketing, and basic design.
  • Able to use Canva or simple editing apps.
  • Creative, fast learner, and understand current social media trends.
  • Bonus: Experience with food-related content or e-commerce.
