Overview

Take note: this is not a writer-centric job.

We want to disrupt the industry with our 10-4pm working hours. (unless you can't finish your work, to which you have to OT and usually until late, like 6, 7 or 8pm. And that is STILL considered relatively early in marketing industry)

Ultimately, we are one of the fastest growing creative agency in Singapore and we create solutions that empower our clients to trigger growth.

The founders have a combined experience of 20 years as creative lead / creative director and we are sick of agencies forcing their creatives to work for the sake of working, or work overtime meaninglessly, which explains 10am - 4pm.

Job Scope

• Support our Social media manager
• Create content!
• Social media content support! Creator studio!
• If you are a copywriter, keep in mind this is NOT a writing gig/job, but social media content creation gig.
• You wont be paid as well as a copywriter lolol, unless you can bring the social media content to the next level
• Support and come out with concept, strategy for social media! Will be trained under our social media manager.
• Content writing, captions and writing!
• Strategy and design thinking. We don't want to hear shit like "My strategy is to put on Facebook or Instagram". Like, no shit sherlocks.
• Decent grammar, good copywriting skills. Make sure that it is easy for the target market to digest, not make cheem English.
• Work with our creatives
• Convert to full time if all works out fine and not awkward

Requirements

• Education: We don't care, really. But ang mo must got standard. We are particular on grammar and spelling.
• Experience: It's okay not to have any experience.
• Skills: Must be proficient in Microsoft, Powerpoint (preferably Keynote)
• Character: Positive and energetic! We are a happy company. We don't like unhappy people.
• Principles: Punctuality! Respect! Vibrant worklife!
