Are you a seasoned cybersecurity professional with a passion for leading and defending against sophisticated cyber threats? We're looking for an experienced and dynamic SOC Lead to join the Global Security Operations Centre.

In this critical leadership role, you'll be at the forefront of our defense, guiding a talented team responsible for identifying, responding to, and continuously improving our cybersecurity incident response capabilities. If you have a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and a deep understanding of modern attack techniques and their lifecycle, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Guide and manage a dedicated team in identifying and responding to critical cyber security events and incidents.
• Oversee the methodical triage of security events and ensure a coherent, effective response to security incidents.
• Leverage your proficiency with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm) for in-depth incident investigations and the development of impactful monitoring dashboards.
• Develop new, or enhance existing, runbooks and use cases based on incident investigations and your knowledge of modern attack methodologies.
• Utilize online resources to research and gather cutting-edge threat intelligence, strengthening our SOC's ability to detect and counter cyber‑attacks.
• Identify, respond to, and remediate cyber events triggered by our monitoring technologies.

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands‑on experience operating or administrating a SIEM platform (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm), ideally with relevant certifications.
• Strong working knowledge of network fundamentals, including the TCP/IP stack, common organizational architectures, and protocols frequently exploited by malware.
• Extensive experience in security event analysis, triage, incident handling, and root‑cause identification.
• Relevant security industry and core technical accreditations such as OSCP, GIAC, or CCNA are highly valued.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, C#) is a plus.
