Job Descriptions

• Closely collaborate with Project Manager and Engineers to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope
• Manage and oversee project documentations and subcontractor matters
• Perform System Setup, Database setup, resolve technical & design issues
• Support for IT infrastructure comprising Microsoft OS and Windows servers
• Basic setup of Network switches and able to perform network check and IP address configuration of all the network devices within the project
• Installation, Debug and troubleshooting IT-related issues

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in IT management systems deployment or related field

Technical Skills

• Database (SQL Management Studio, clustering, backup/recovery, migration, integration, monitoring)
• Networking, Windows OS, server management
• System & architecture design, with ability to prepare professional documentation
• Data security & personal data protection

Specialized Knowledge

• Tender analysis & bidding support, Certification & key management
• Infrastructure services: AD, NMS, ClearPass, MFA/2FA, KMS, Antivirus, Patch Management, MDM
