Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure timely completion of works.
• Report to Project Manager on site matters and work progress.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and supervise Chinese, Indian & Bangladesh site workersand subcontractors.
• Excellent structure construction skills, rebar work skill or formworkskill as a rebar supervisor or formwork supervisor.
• Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time.
• Able to understand structural drawings and Calculation of SiteMaterials
• Liaise with QS to monitor work schedule and claim or VOs.
• To work closely with other site operations staff and in-house workers.
• Manage issues on site and resolve them
• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Attend to Site Meetings
• Compliance to safe work procedures
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years’ supervisor experience in Structure Construction isrequired
• Have good interpersonal, communication and people management skills
• Good communicative skills, able to communicate with people of alllevels (Chinese, Indian & Bangladeshi Workers and management team)
• Must possess Certificates of Building Construction Supervisors SafetyCourse or/and Formwork Safety Course for Supervisors.
