Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor with a strong focus on tunnel works. The role involves supervising daily construction activities, managing site workers and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Candidates should have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision, particularly in tunnel projects. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, and tunnel construction experience is required. Night shifts may be necessary.

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, with a strong focus on tunnel works.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment to meet project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report daily activities to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
• Conduct toolbox meetings and enforce workplace safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers and relevant parties to resolve site issues promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with authority requirements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction supervision.
• Must have tunnel construction experience (e.g. bored tunnel, cut-and-cover, underground works).
• Familiar with construction safety regulations and site procedures.
• Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with subcontractors effectively.
• Willing and able to work night shifts.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant construction or safety certifications will be an advantage.
