Site Project Engineer (Electrical)

We’re seeking motivated engineers who want to take ownership of meaningful electrical projects and see them through from planning to delivery. If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on role and enjoys working closely with teams on the ground, this could be your next step.

Locations: Changi / Loyang (site-based)

Salary: $3,000 – $5,000

Allowances: $50 mobile + Petrol Fleet Card ($250/month for car, $100/month for motorbike) — applicable to vehicle owners

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of project execution, ensuring work gets done safely, on time, and to the highest quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage assigned electrical projects from start to handover
• Plan and requisition resources (labour, materials, equipment) to keep work on track
• Monitor sub-contractors’ progress, ensuring schedules are met and issues are resolved quickly
• Liaise with customers, consultants, and authorities on approvals, site matters, and problem-solving
• Oversee procurement and delivery of project items in coordination with the Purchasing team
• Supervise subcontractors, provide guidance to new staff, and ensure safety standards are followed
• Carry out inspections of materials, quality checks, and resolve technical/site coordination issues
• Prepare and control project documentation: shop drawings, material requisitions, stock records, quality plans
• Manage variations, claims, and contractual matters in line with company procedures
