Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure safety and efficiency on construction sites. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in site management, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 15 years experience in construction site supervision or site management.
• Good understanding of construction processes, safety rules, and project coordination.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.

Job Description：

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to project schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely project progress.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure all works comply with BCA, MOM, and relevant authorities’ requirements.
• Manage site workers, assign tasks, and ensure proper manpower planning.

Job Requirements：

• Preferably with 15 years experience in construction site supervision or site management.
• Good understanding of construction processes, safety rules, and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiar with site safety standards and able to enforce safety measures on site.
• Candidates with relevant certificates (e.g., BCSS, Supervise Construction Work for WSH, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Able to work at construction sites and willing to work extended hours when required.
