Job description

Responsibilities

• Organise Kickoff meeting and presentation on planned schedule and work scope
• Maintain good working relationship with contractors and other subcontractors
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors & quality of finished products
• Plan schedule, expedite progress and to resolve late schedule/progress
• Works with Operations team on deployment of manpower and necessary arrangement
• Ad-hoc duties such as general administration duties, follow up billing dispute with suppliers
• Upkeep the Health and Safety standards, objectives & targets on all job sites
• Works closely together with the QC Manager to ensure that standards are met and compatible with the various job requirements
