Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
• Knowledge in MES support & troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Knowledge in SAP level 1 support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for IT systems and end-users in the facility.
• Problem determination and resolution through existing procedures.
• Collaborate with regional and global D&T organization.
• Participate in local, regional, and global D&T projects.
