Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and report with the Manager and Team Members.
• Motivate personnel to high performance and excellence.
• Responsible for all construction activities related to the project.
• Plan the sequence of works and ensure compliance with quality methods.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and manage labor force effectively.
• Prepare progress reports and manage inspections.
• Control materials and amend shop drawings using AutoCAD.
