A leading construction firm, CHINA COMMUNICATIONS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY LIMITED, is seeking a Civil Engineer to assist in site supervision and project coordination in Singapore. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering and is independent with strong communication and planning skills. Immediate availability is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore required.
• Independent with good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site supervision works and project coordination.
• Produce weekly site progress reports and attend site meetings.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality control.

• Reports Construction Manager
• To assist in site supervision works
• Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
• Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
• Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
• Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
• Coordinate for all submission
• Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
• Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
• To take on PE Assignee Supervision Role

Job Requirement

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• RE Registration with IES of Singapore
• Independent with good communication skill
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
