These positions require a strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a Site Engineer / Architectural Coordinator (Civil Works) to join a dynamic construction team. This permanent position is based at various project sites, with 5.5 working days (Mon‑Fri, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm; Saturday half day WFH). What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee project planning and management, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and the latest WSH Act guidelines.
  • Manage project costs, resources, and schedules to deliver on budget.
  • Communicate with clients and their representatives on‑site and attend necessary site meetings.
  • Effectively delegate tasks and responsibilities to the project team.
  • Identify and address potential project issues to maintain effectiveness.
  • Lead and mentor the project team, establishing clear guidelines and providing supervision.
  • Resolve operational issues quickly to prevent delays in the project timeline.
  • Ensure compliance with both organizational and regulatory safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors regarding project details.
  • Handle authority submissions and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure the site team follows client and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring and reviewing risk control measures for the project.
  • Propose solutions to mitigate or eliminate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with the QS department in subcontractor award processes.
  • Help prepare technical proposals for occasional tenders.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.
What We're Looking For
  • A Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team.
  • High initiative and the ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A minimum of 1–3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with BCA submission processes and regulatory requirements.
