Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the project by coordinating and overseeing administrative and logistical support, including logistics planning, transportation arrangements, office equipment, stationery supplies, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Provide administrative and human resource support to the SRE, particularly in matters related to personnel management and staff welfare. This includes the accurate collation and submission of team timesheets, assist in preparation of duty roster and assisting with day-to-day HR-related coordination.
  • Deliver comprehensive secretariat and administrative services for project personnel, ensuring proper documentation, record-keeping, scheduling, and communication support to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Act as the key liaison between Headquarters (HQ) and the project site, ensuring timely and accurate communication, coordination, and alignment of instructions, reports, and administrative matters.
  • Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) to support project objectives and operational requirements.
Criteria:
  • Minimum "O" Levels certificate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in general administrative duties
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Good general administrative skills; knowledge on ISO 9001 standards will be preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and adept at spreadsheets and file management systems
