Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last‑mile delivery activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
- Investigate quality issues such as mis‑shipments, damages, delays, and non‑conformances; lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality‑related concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
- Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
- Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis‑pick rate, claim frequency) and provide insights for performance improvement
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance in logistics industries
- Experience with audits, SOP compliance, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Understanding of quality assurance and control procedures
- Root cause analysis and corrective action planning (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
- Data analysis and quality reporting (Excel, dashboards, KPIs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels.
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehousing, and transportation flows.
- Knowledge of lean principles or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies, audits, and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).
- Proficient in MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
