  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom, providing professional product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist in showroom display arrangement, ensuring products are presented attractively and in line with brand standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, after-sales) to ensure smooth delivery and service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
