A leading retail advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create a welcoming environment for customers and assist them with suitable product choices. You will be responsible for providing detailed product knowledge, processing transactions, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in retail sales, a passion for fashion, and strong customer service skills. The position offers a basic salary of $2,000 to $2,200 plus incentives based on sales performance.

Retail Sales Associate

• Working Location:Wisma Orchard / Bugis Junction / Vivo City / Jewel Changi Airport / Changi Airport (Transit Area)
• Working Days: offdays - 6 days a month (Off days on weekdays)
• Working hours :Average 8hrs each day based on monthly shift roster (not inclusive of break timing)
• Salary :Basic $ 2,000 - $2,200 +OT Salary 1.5x + Incentive + personal comms + shop target comms = Gross depends on sales performance
• Reports to: Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
• Assist customers in finding the ideal products that suit their preferences and needs.
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the latest fashion trends, features, and unique selling points of our company products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist with housekeeping, inventory management, and conducting regular stock checks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion industry or footwear segment.
