Qualifications

Job description

• To supervise and execute Daily Operations in SCAFFOLDING ERECTION & DISMANTLING onboard Ship.
• To Plan Manpower for each assigned job activities, onboard the ship which includes Engine room, Pump room, Cargo Oil tanks, water ballast tanks, Accommodation and Ships Modules etc…
• To prepare and execute RA (Risk assessment) each work scope before execution
• To possess minimum 10year experience in this SCAFOLDING Erection & Dismantling Field
• To Prepare Daily work done SCAFFOLDING SIZES and make a Completion form including Client approval / signatures
• To Review Daily work progress and make a necessary change in order to meet Good KPI.
• To check and conduct daily Tool Box meeting with workforce and monitor daily onsite to ensure all works are done safely and productively.
• To check regularly SCAFOLD MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENTS conditions and ensure our workforce using materials all are FIT to use.
