Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO.
• Apply SFA Export Health Certificate & Free Sale Certificate.
• Arrange courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare shipping marking.
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process complies with customers’ requirements.
• Data entry and filing of documents.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Salary: $2,800 - $3,300
Working Days: 5 Days Mon to Fri
Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents such as BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Insurance, Custom Forms, COO etc. (For LC shipment, sea shipment & air shipment)
• Apply SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert
• Arrange courier of samples and documents
• Prepare shipping marking
• Ensure all outbound shipping documentation process in a timely and complies with customers’ requirement
• Data entry and filing of documents
• Other ad hoc duties assigned
