Adecco is partnering with a leading German multinational in the logistics industry to hire a Shipping Executive. In this role, you will oversee the entire operational process for both air and sea shipments for their key account, managing complex projects.

Permanent and stable opportunity. Training provided. Location: Changi South. Monday - Friday (8:30am - 6pm). Salary up to $4100 + AWS + VB.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and execution of logistics operations, including those in remote or time-critical settings.
• Liaise with clients to develop customized logistics solutions.
• Prepare shipping documentation and provide timely updates to customers.
• Coordinate with contractors for the collection and delivery of shipments to ensure alignment with shipping line and co-loader closing times.
• Implement new services and organize groupage operations as instructed, continually enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of professional experience in freight forwarding industry.
• Proficiency in import/export documentation and familiarity with Tradenet will be advantageous.
