• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in terminal operations within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Chemical industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of operations technicians, managing workflow and performance.
• Act as the primary Site Incident Commander during after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and corporate safety standards.
• Coach and mentor team members for continuous improvement.
