• Create trades and manage stock deposits and withdrawals in the system.
• Update SOPs and support UAT and ad-hoc tasks.

Scope:

• Trade Reconciliation between Broker and client trades.
• Prepare Settlement Instruction to Broker / Custodian
• Follow‑up on unsettle and potential failed trades
• Trade creation / static creation / stock deposition & withdrawal from inhouse system.
• Update of SOP and support UAT and ad-hoc task from time to time.

Requirements:

2. Able to multitask and has a positive attitude.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
