Responsibilities
  • Attend site commissioning sessions with customers and contractors.
  • Conduct end-user training on the operation and maintenance of Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
  • Inspect and verify contractor installation work to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements.
  • Confirm installations and configurations meet specifications stated in quotations or work orders.
  • Document commissioning activities and provide reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to customer service calls and troubleshoot system issues on-site.
  • Diagnose, repair, and test faulty equipment or system components.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers for parts replacement or technical escalation when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional communication and quality service delivery.
  • Perform ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of commissioning, maintenance, or customer service experience in security systems (e.g., Intruder Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, or similar low-voltage systems).
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills.
