Job summary

A technology firm in Singapore is seeking a Service Desk Engineer L1 to handle phone, email, and online queries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, at least 1 year of service desk experience, and strong knowledge of Microsoft systems. This role focuses on managing incidents and complying with processes while performing administrative tasks. ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • 1 year previous Service desk or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • ITIL Knowledge will be a plus.
