Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Singapore is seeking a Service Crew member to provide exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking food and drink orders, ensuring cleanliness, and managing the overall dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess an O-level education, be outgoing and service-oriented, and be able to work shifts. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
As a Service Crew, you will work with your Team Members to deliver a high-quality service experience that exceeds customer expectations:

  • Welcoming guests according to company standards in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the room and keeping the environment tidy at all times
  • Able to perform duties like taking food and drink orders, cashiering and any other ad hoc duties from time to time.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas
  • Ensure that guests received attention at all times
  • Building and maintaining good rapport with the guest
  • Manage and deliver/serve drinks/food
  • Perform general basic service
  • Establish rapport with guests to build loyal and satisfied customers

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Minimum O-level education
  • Outgoing, presentable and service-oriented
  • Cheerful, independent and self-motivated
