Overview

Your duty is to always ensure the smooth running of our service area. The key aim of the role is to provide maximum satisfaction and care of patients while maintaining smooth and speedy delivery of treatment.

Job Responsibilities
  • To work closely with team leaders to ensure daily smooth operation and department readiness.
  • Manage ground operational issues, and feedback and complaint cases.
  • Implement service initiatives, provide service training to staff and monitor service standards to ensure good patient experience.
  • Look into staff well-being matters, team building and improve team dynamics.
  • Able to do manpower planning and workflows.
  • Assist in the implementation of new systems and technology.
  • Assist in secretariat duties such as minutes writing.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by reporting officer.
Requirements
  • Minimum degree with 2 years and above of service-related experience. Knowledge of healthcare operations will be advantageous.
  • Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience in leadership.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
