Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable team member to join our front-of-house team! The role involves multitasking across service, bar, cashier, and beverage preparation duties. You will play an important part in ensuring excellent customer experience, smooth operations, and maintaining high service standards. Our team members will guide you along the route!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Floor Duties

  • Serve customers promptly with a positive attitude.
  • Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness at all times.

Bar & Beverage Preparation

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, cocktails, and other specialty drinks.
  • Ensure compliance with beverage recipes, presentation standards, and hygiene requirements.
  • Replenish bar and beverage supplies and maintain stock levels.

Cashier & POS Operations

  • Operate the POS system accurately for billing and payment processing.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions responsibly.
  • Perform daily opening and closing cashier duties, including cash reconciliation.

General Operations

  • Assist with setup, restocking, and closing duties as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (bar counter, service station, and dining area).
  • Follow all food hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.
Working Hours:
  • 5 days per week
