Job description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive SEO Account Executive to oversee and execute SEO campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment. This role is suited for someone who is organised, analytical, and ready to take ownership of assigned accounts with SEO best practices in mind.

You will be responsible for overseeing campaign delivery, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring timelines and targets are met. This is not a sales role.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Campaign Management
  • Manage assigned SEO campaigns from planning through execution and delivery
  • Monitor campaign performance and ensure work is aligned with agreed targets and timelines
  • Track deliverables and ensure all campaign tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Identify potential risks or delays and proactively address them
Account Coordination & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on assigned campaigns
  • Coordinate tasks, approvals, and feedback across departments to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain clear documentation, timelines, and reporting for ongoing campaigns
SEO & Process Development
  • Apply SEO fundamentals and best practices across assigned accounts
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in campaign workflows and internal processes
  • Support quality control to ensure consistent and reliable campaign delivery
Skills and Experience Required
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • Strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and account management
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, take ownership, and work independently with guidance
