Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
• Must have minimum 6-8 years of experience in UX Research.
• Must have experience in user research principles, methodologies and deliverables including design blueprints, journey maps, and process flows.
• Must have experience in designing quantitative research, data leveraging from CSAT, surveys, and analytics to triangulate findings.
• Experience in design and prototyping tools – Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience collaborating with product, tech teams and business partners.
• Strong understanding of product design process and emerging technologies.
• Good to have experience working in an Agile environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
