A global engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Pedestrian Planner to lead pedestrian flow simulation and analysis for large-scale projects. This role demands over 5 years of consulting experience, proficiency in various modelling software, and a strong understanding of transport systems. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance on diverse projects. Senior Pedestrian Planner role in Arup's Asia Pacific region. The role brings a human-centred perspective to support planning and design teams delivering large-scale, city-shaping projects. Experience in significant and complex pedestrian flow simulation modelling and analysis in Singapore or other global cities is required, to contribute to multi-disciplinary projects in Arup’s Singapore office and the wider APAC region.
This is a high-impact role that combines project delivery, technical excellence, stakeholder engagement and work winning. The person will undertake significant and complex transport analysis, modelling methodologies, designs and solutions for external projects, including pedestrian flow simulation modelling, demand analysis and operational assessments for transport infrastructure projects, commercial buildings, cultural buildings, urban precincts and major sporting events.
