Job description

Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance

• Lead the regional execution of Yokogawa’s global cybersecurity strategy for OT, ICSS, and enterprise environments.
• Establish governance frameworks, cybersecurity policies, and compliance programs under Security CoE guidance.
• Lead cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Technology Leadership & Architecture

• Own the design and implementation of cybersecurity architectures for DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS, and cloud-integrated industrial systems.
• Lead deployment of advanced cybersecurity platforms including SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, secure remote access, network segmentation, and OT asset visibility tools.
• Drive secure‑by‑design principles for all industrial and digital transformation projects.

Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement

• Lead regional cybersecurity service operations, including SOC, incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring.
• Establish and manage service KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Oversee response to major cybersecurity incidents and industrial cyber threats.

Global & Regional Stakeholder Leadership

• Act as the regional point‑of‑contact with global SITC teams.
• Drive cross‑regional technical alignment, methodology standardisation, and best‑practice sharing.
• Engage senior customers, regional business leaders, and global stakeholders on cybersecurity strategy.

People & Resource Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers and analysts.
• Drive workforce planning, certification roadmap, and cybersecurity capability building.
• Foster a strong culture of security awareness, ownership, and operational excellence.

Project, Budget & Vendor Management

• Lead high‑value cybersecurity projects and solution deployments.
• Manage departmental budgets, cybersecurity investments, and vendor contracts.
• Evaluate and onboard best‑in‑class cybersecurity technology partners.
