  • Lead engineering teams, EPC contractors, and consultants across multiple project types and technologies.

  • Champion innovation, system optimization, and adoption of emerging technologies to meet evolving market and regulatory demands.

2. Engineering Design & Review
  • Oversee and review electrical system designs, including single-line diagrams, layouts, and protection coordination.

  • Evaluate and approve BESS sizing calculations, inverter configurations, EMS/PCS integration, PV module selection, and wind turbine designs.

  • Review hydrogen and ammonia facility process-electrical integration, including electrolyzer power supply, compression, and storage systems.

  • Ensure data center power supply systems meet Tier-level reliability, redundancy, and efficiency standards.

  • Approve vendor/EPC technical submittals and verify compliance with project specifications and industry codes.

3. Grid Connection & Transmission Systems
  • Lead feasibility studies, applications, and interconnection agreements for projects across renewable, hydrogen, and data center sectors.

  • Review power flow, short-circuit, transient stability, and harmonic studies to ensure grid compliance.

  • Provide solutions for power line, substation, and transmission upgrade challenges.

  • Approve SCADA, protection, metering, and integration designs for both grid and behind-the-meter systems.

4. Project Delivery & Quality Assurance
  • Manage engineering deliverables from procurement to commissioning for all project categories.

  • Conduct FAT/SAT inspections for transformers, switchgear, inverters, BESS units, electrolyzers, ammonia synthesis equipment, and critical data center power systems.

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and maintain contractual and technical compliance.

5. Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
  • Coordinate with utilities, regulators, industrial off-takers, and data center operators.

  • Represent the company in high-level technical negotiations with investors, strategic partners, and government agencies.

  • Mentor engineering talent and build technical capacity across renewable and emerging technology domain.

Qualifications
