Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide support for both local and international sourcing of pharmaceutical products, including health supplements, skincare, and personal care items.
  • Identify, assess, and onboard suppliers; obtain quotations, negotiate costs, and maintain an approved vendor database.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring correctness of pricing, quantities, and delivery terms.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure on‑time deliveries and adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inbound and outbound inventory activities, including goods receipt, verification, and system updates.
  • Track inventory levels, expiry dates, and batch/lot numbers to ensure proper stock rotation and timely replenishment.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and investigate and reconcile inventory variances.
  • Ensure inventory records align with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Arrange local and international shipments, including preparation of import and export documentation.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and logistics service providers.
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve logistics issues to achieve on‑time delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with cold‑chain management and special handling requirements for pharmaceutical products.
  • Process sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately and within required timelines.
  • Coordinate order picking, packing, and dispatch while safeguarding product quality and integrity.
  • Assist in preparing quotations and communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery updates.
