A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to engage with business users, gather requirements, and provide best practice advice. The ideal candidate has over 7 years of configuration experience across multiple SuccessFactors modules and strong communication skills. This role involves hands-on work and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure project success and data integrity.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of SuccessFactors experience working directly with users.
  • Proven hands-on configuration experience in multiple core modules.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.

Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors best practices.

Perform hands‑on configuration across multiple SuccessFactors modules.

Collaborate with external vendors and ensure project milestones and SLAs are met.

Support system testing, issue resolution, and provide post‑implementation support.

Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and smooth process flows.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

At least 7 years of SuccessFactors experience with proven experience in working directly with the users.

Proven hands‑on configuration experience in a few of the following core modules:

  • Employee Central
  • Time Management
  • Benefits
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Performance & Goals (PMGM)
  • Recruiting Management (RCM)

Payroll Integration with Concur experience will be an added advantage.

Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
