Job description

The Senior / Staff Supervisor Production is responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring that products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and meeting customer requirements. This role involves supervising a team of production staff, managing production workflows, and implementing quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage and oversee production team for day-to-day manufacturing or production operations.
• Develop and implement production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand.
• Involvement in improvement or continuous improvement project e.g. automation / project related works.
• Monitor production metrics (e.g. yield and cycle time) and ensure the production team meet the production quantity and quality.
• Prepare production reports for management and work closely with other departments like maintenance, quality assurance etc.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Min. Degree in Engineering, preferably in electronic / factory automation or equivalents
• Min. 0-3 years of relevant supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing / production environment in electronic industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge in Microsoft office and tableau report.
• Diploma holder is also welcome if have min 8-10 years’ relevant experience
