Job description

Manage a team of operation / logistic assistant and ensure that all day to day operations are running smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Responsible for shift operation performance from Receiving, Put-away, Pick & Pack and Shipment Execution.
• Oversee and manage team of operations / logistic assistant for day-to-day operation & to achieve daily key performance indices.
• Lead teams in work disciplines, execute action plans and improvement programs to improve productivity.
• Provide guidance and training to the team.
• Ensure all team members comply with operations processes, workplace safety & health procedures.
• Perform any other ad hoc assignment & duties assigned by superior.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalents.
• Possess warehouse operation experience with at least 5 years ‘of relevant supervisory experience.
• Working knowledge in SAP warehouse management system would be a plus.
• Able to work in operation & cleanroom environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Always strive for quality & continuous improvement; handle multiple tasks all with attention to fine detail.
• Able to work on a 12-hours day shift.
