Job summary

A healthcare staffing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care. The ideal candidate will perform patient assessments, coordinate care, and maintain accurate documentation. Overview

Location: Pasir Panjang

Working days: 5.5 days

Hours: Monday 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm; Sat / Sunday 9am-1pm

Salary: $4300 - $5000

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient assessment.
  • Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
  • Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge
  • Provide patient education for family members.
  • Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress.
  • Assists doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
  • Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient's outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory
  • Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures
  • Participate in patients' rehabilitation, involving the patients' family.
  • Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
  • Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in nursing, SNB registered
  • With relevant years of experience in nursing home, Geriatric or Palliative Care Setting
  • Senior Staff Nurse with experience in leading a team
