Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement systems.
• Experience in consulting or project management, preferably at a Big4 firm.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in technical & functional configuration.
• Assist in configuration choices based on technical capabilities.
• Lead design workshops.
• Configure, test, and deliver client requests.
• Evaluate client requests sent to Level 1 support.
• Collaborate with software provider teams.
