Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to develop, enhance, and maintain the corporate action processing system. You will use Oracle 12c PL/SQL, design robust solutions and work in a global Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement database solutions using classic technologies and tools as well as implementing new Cloud or Hybrid data solutions
• Work with product and engineering teams to understand requirements, evaluate new features and architecture to help drive decisions
• Maintain collaborative partnerships with architects and key individuals within other functional groups
• Perform detailed analysis of business problems and technical environments and use this in designing high-quality technical solutions
• Support a high-performance engineering culture
• Write project documentation

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience, proven experience designing and implementing advanced Classic and Hybrid/Cloud Database Solutions
• Hands-on, production-level Oracle Database Administration with expert skills in performance tuning
• Must have direct experience configuring and managing High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) environments
• Expert proficiency in writing and optimizing complex PL/SQL or T-SQL code
• Strong experience across multiple RDBMS platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.), including migration, optimization and familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP data services (RDBMS, NoSQL, Data Processing)
• Must have hands-on experience developing API integrations using C# / Java / Python / Apache Camel
• Experience with testing (Component/Integration) and leveraging tools like Jira and Azure DevOps
