You will oversee maintenance repair and overhaul activities, ensuring coordination with customers and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma or degree in marine, mechanical, or naval architecture engineering, possess relevant experience, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The position requires effective communication and willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Possess Supervise Safety Instruction for Ship Repair Manager Certificate.
• 2 to 4 years' experience in a similar capacity from marine industries.
• Willing to work overtime and on weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, track and control Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) activities.
• Act as point of contact and manage direct customers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality work is done safely.
• Manage improvement or new business exploration projects.
• Lead and build a database of internal defect investigations.
