Senior Ship Broker Chemicals

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ship Broker in the Chemicals sector to join an established broking desk in the Singapore office. This position is ideal for a professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience who is highly motivated, driven, and has a strong network of chartering and owning clients. The role offers a dynamic and exciting opportunity to advance your career in broking, contributing significant value to the team.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close deals for easy chemicals, edible oil acids, biofuel, oldefins, petchems and LPG; chartering deals
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the desk
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, charterers, and traders
• Provide clients with market intelligence and strategic insights
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution
• Take ownership of growing the desk, whilst also working with other departments and assist in scaling the Chemicals business
