Qualifications

Job Summary & Responsibilities
  • Create and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned products (metrology, inspection, solution software) and accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Help Sales team close key orders and increase penetration at multi-national customers.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Work with marketing communications and product management to develop effective sales materials and promotion strategies.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition.
  • Participate in Product Life Cycle process for new offerings for potential volumes, target prices, key specifications and related topics.
  • Provide market feedback including the competitor information to headquarters for developing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Travel around 50% to SEA region and India.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in a technical or marketing discipline
  • 15 to 20 years Sales experience in metrology and inspection equipment in related industry.
  • 5+ years managing sales team
  • Proven sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
