Respond promptly to client inquiries (RFQs) and provide competitive quotations with strong follow-up. Conduct market research and trend analysis to support the achievement of sales goals. Lead commercial discussions and negotiations with key stakeholders and clients. Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are consistently met. Oversee client accounts, including billing, contracts, and other commercial matters.
