Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve assigned revenue and bookings targets through direct customer engagement and collaboration with regional distributors.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification, technical presentations, quotations, negotiation to contract closure.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on delivery, installation, and after-sales support.
  • Identify new market opportunities for semiconductor and precision laser equipment across Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Japan, and Europe.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, OEMs, and strategic accounts to expand the Company’s reach.
  • Participate in trade shows such as SEMICON SEA, SEMICON India, and Laser World of Photonics to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Provide market and competitor feedback to headquarters to support regional strategy.
  • Willingness to travel regionally; self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in semiconductor, precision equipment, or high-tech manufacturing, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of semiconductor or precision laser applications; able to engage directly with engineers and decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle independently, from opportunity identification to contract closure.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with distributors, OEMs, or strategic accounts as an individual contributor.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regionally; self-motivated and able to work independently.
