Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets and profitability goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to support existing business and drive new opportunities.
- Identify, assess, and pursue new business prospects.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries, providing technical support and resolving issues.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Gather and provide timely market insights, customer trends, and relevant data to support marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless customer service and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or a related field).
- Min. 5 years of proven relevant sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the Oil & Gas industry, including its applications, market dynamics, and key players in Singapore.
- Experience in selling to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of rubber/plastic products, seals, or bearings.
- Proficient in Mandarin & English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
